Neighborhood News

A sub-committee meeting was held on October 13^th to brainstorm ideas. It was decided that Neighborhoods would focus on 3 specific areas:  births/baptisms, surgeries/illnesses, and new people moving into the neighborhood along with having at least one yearly gathering.  Someone from the staff will make weekly contact with the leaders letting them know when these things happen.  When a need does arise in a specific Neighborhood, two people from that Neighborhood would make contact with the family by way of one of the compiled ideas which will be sent out.  Neighborhood Leaders will be given more specific directions and will be encouraged to be a support for each other especially when they themselves have a need.
