CASH OR CHECK
Checks should be made out to St. John’s Academy. Attach any initial payment to your donor agreement and give to a campaign volunteer or the parish office. Any donor choosing to give by cash or check will receive reminder statements according to the payment plan specified on his or her signed donor agreement form.
Anyone who wishes to pay by automatic bank withdrawal may include this information on his or her donor agreement form.
For those wishing to pay via credit card, please be aware that the processing fee for transactions is approximately 4% of your total gift. Credit card payments can be made online through the parish website at: stjamesbasilica.weshareonline.org/

Your company’s matching gift will be recognized as part of your total pledge, unless otherwise specified. To ensure that matching gifts are received and accurately recorded, please notify the parish office that you will be submitting a matching gift form by calling the number below
If you farm, gifting agricultural commodities (corn, soybeans, etc.) may be an excellent opportunity for you to maximize your campaign contribution, and can also provide favorable tax benefits. To make a commodity gift to the campaign, please notify Jim Engels at the number below.
The campaign will accept approved in-kind gifts. Please contact the parish office at the number below to discuss opportunities for making in-kind gifts to the campaign.
Donors who wish to transfer stock or mutual fund shares should contact the parish office for broker and account information. There is a processing fee for stock exchanges. Gifted securities are sold immediately upon receipt. For details, please contact Jim Engels at the number below.
If you are over the age of 70.5, you may transfer up to $100,000 annually from your IRA account directly to the campaign without first having to recognize the distribution as income. To learn more about making a gift from your IRA, contact the parish office at the number below.
