SJA School Board

St. John’s Academy is a private, Catholic Christian elementary school serving students from preschool through grade six. St. John’s Academy provides a loving, nurturing environment where students can develop intellectually, socially, emotionally, creatively and spiritually.

The role of the school board is to assist the Pastor and the principal, in accord with diocesan policy, in the governance of St. John’s Academy; It shall exercise educational policy-making and financial authority over the school.  Responsibilities include grievances, marketing & recruitment, long-range planning, building and grounds, educational programs, and financing.
